Change of Mind
Please select your items carefully and feel free to contact one of our helpful staff if you are unsure. Unfortunately as we are small business, automatic refunds or exchanges are not able to be made for:
  • Change of mind,
  • Incorrect selections,
  • Items no longer required.
We encourage you to contact us with any questions before finalising your purchase.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
To make a request for a service call, please:
  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • We may require clear photos or physical inspection of the item.
We do not cover faults caused by misuse, improper installation, or general wear and tear or installation by a non licenced tradesman or plumber.
Custom & Special Orders
Custom-made, cut-to-size, or special order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless required by law (e.g., faulty).
Return Process
  1. Contact us at [email protected] or call (03) 9547 0889 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If eligible, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Returned items must be:
    • In unused condition with original packaging (unless faulty),
    • Returned within 14 days of return approval,
    • Packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.
Unless the item is faulty, return shipping is at the client's expense. 
We are committed to providing high-quality bathroom products and great service. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges may apply.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
